Cryptic Word

1 The sultry horn as cryptic word --  
2 as caffeinated ennui, 
3 as spiritual nasal-spray,
4 as a hundred-thousand particles in mind at play -- 
5 blares freedom exists 
6 in that which cannot be held.

8 In the long note of a slow melody
9 that paints from a blue and green palette 
10 with thick, heavy brushstrokes,
11 the mind sees proof in the unseen,
12 enough to go about the day 
13 with a belief in metaphysics.
